Adobe Presenter 8.1 Win 7 Trial not installing PPT Add-in

i'm considering purchase of presenter 8.1, , have downloaded win7 trial. after installation, notice power point 2010 not have add-in installed. checked in add-in manager disabled add ins com add-ins. both areas of ppt 2010 not have plug in installed. tried restarting, installed again , nothing works. there have in presenter 8.1 make ppt plug in install?

 

i should note presenter not access built in camera on laptop either. in settings menu in presenter, sliders camera options disabled. perhaps there driver issue?

 

any suggestions?

presenter not installed:

what version of ppt 10 using, 32 bit or 64 bit? sure downloaded correct version of installer? whether 64 bit or 32 bit version should related version of ppt have installed, not version of os. did installer run , finish? there error codes?

 

presenter accessing camera:

when using adobe presenter video creator (apvc) tool, error messages? if camera not compatible, should let know when tries access it. if general error upon using apvc make sure graphics card drivers date. need recent driver.

 

if not trying access camera through apvc, how trying access camera in presenter?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
