Align to baseline grid in tables is shifted
hi
i’m using lot of tables in long document. i’ve set baseline grid , using text, including contained in tables. however, text within tables appears offset baseline grid. space between lines appears correct, baselines shifted few points grid. ideas why might happening?
the text outside tables fine. i’ve checked haven’t accidentally applied baseline shift text inside tables or paragraph containing table, , there’s no space before or after paragraphs. i’ve tried adjusting space before , after table in table settings. i’ve tried removing cell padding, strokes , other styling.
any new tables create in document have same problem, no styling, if copy tables accross new document work fine in there.
i’ve tried exporting document .idml , .inx. no difference.
i’d appreciate suggestions.
i’m using cs4 on windows 7.
i think file corrupt if tables behave when copied new document. since you've tried .idml , .inx think thing left try export tagged text , place in new file, or use copy/paste.
