Analytics Report error

we have pro account. publish ipad version only, single orientation, retail folio.

i have "marked" 5 articles ads in folio producer panel in our may retail issue. when view analytics report, there 3 articles reporting under ads tab. how be?

did remember republish folio after setting ads option?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
