Animation freezing when the animation is playing

here's link show i'm talking about.

basically have symbol animation , in time line, have the symbol playing again when first play through complete using playback icon insert repeat of animation after first 1 has completed.  see imagepreview.jpg

 

when animation plays freeze on frame second resume. 

 

it animates fine in edge once preview on local or upload freeze happens.

 

any thoughts?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
