Audio problem with codec H.264/MPEG-4 AVC. It opens video only

i trying edit movie wich extensio mp4, codec of movie h.264/mpeg-4 avc - avc1, when import premiere, comes video part, no audio. should ? in advance.

 

p.s.: brrip(blu-ray ripped) , tried change mts extension, didnt workout.

are seeing audio in source monitor?  have audio track targeted in time line?  hear audio when viewing file in bridge?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
