Can't open forms responses

i haveing trouble opening form responses "my forms" page. clock turns , never opens. has been last 2 days.

sorry hear unable access responses. please send link form formscentral_feedback@adobe.com? here couple of ways access url investigate issue:

 

1. in forms tab, select form click "copy fillable form link" button

2. try open form copy form url browser's address bar

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
