Creative Cloud Error Message when Downloading a file


i have adobe creative team cloud.

i loaded file onto cloud on april 22.

now trying download it.

i error message ...

"unable download.

unable open internet site. requested site either unavailable or can not found.

please try again later."

are trying download directly creative cloud website or using creative cloud connection?

 

there intermittent issues going on website, might have been fixed now.

 

could try logging creative cloud website , retry.

 

you might try same alternate browser , check.

 

else, install creative cloud connection adobe application manager , login same adobe id/password , sync files. copy paste machine.

 

let me know in case still face same issue.
