Editor not loading

this first time on forums. cannot load editor on photoshop 7. there reason?

try reset preferences editor. here's how:

 

  1. exit pse.
  2. open pse welcome screen , press ctrl + alt + shift (mac: cmd + opt + shift) , keep pressing.
  3. click on "edit" welcome screen keep pressing keyboard keys - don't let up.
  4. you little dialog box asking if want delete settings file. click "yes."  can let go of keyboard keys now.

this rebuild file.

relaunch editor , check working or not.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
