How to distribute group of objects evenly around a circle?

hello,

 

i working on personal data visualization project stuck , can't go forward. can see below in image, created data bars , tried distribute them on 360 degree path myself.

but clearly, couldnt able create perfect 360 path.

 

all of bars each group objects on own. sure there way distribute them on illustrator cant find it. there option on blend>replace spine not active.

perhaps time buy colliderscribe plug-in... otherwise of course use numerical transforms , custom guides snapping, seems me have made quitre mess of rotations, that's gonna take while straighten out...

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
