I'm 15 and I'd like to know what programs I need to get started on working...

so got title, 15 year old boy keen on involving graphical design kissed programming. dream become great creative director in game development studio , tenacity sure bring me that, now, wanted programs need used heart of purpose, creation, not game wise, multimedia wise. i'd love if listed queue of fine adobe programs respond needs. myriad confuses me. thank in advance .
