Offline Stamp for eBook....

is possible?

we putting pdf books on usb memory sticks, , want end user able use them ever like... ios device, desktops... , ever else can read pdf doc.

 

but want on first launch of document force user type in name form field. once stamp name on bottom of every page. shame them out of pirating document.

 

my limitation doing offline. need able let end user access pdf document out forcing them connect internet.

 

thanks ideas or tips.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
