PDF forms have problems displaying text and only appears when the field is selected

hello,

 

i created pdf forms distribute company clients. having people complaining text visibility. when have work in team, pdf receive third person appears unfill or without text, text visible when field selected. need find solution because our company products base on forms.

 

if there addition information should add understand happening , how fix it, i'll happy write it.

 

in company, have mac , forms created innitially in adobe acrobat 9 pro, have adobe acropabt xi pro.

the users have both mac , windows systems.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
