reinstalled computer

hi there. had reinstall win8 computer, cannot reactivate ps6. serial number (update) not accepted. can do?

it sound me used 2 activations tried install third without deactivating  activations. need call adobe customer support , tell them have done. because reinstalled windows activated photoshop installs have been wiped out can not deactivate them.  adobe customer support can activate new install must make call.....

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
