Some color missing from smart object when I bring it from Illustrator

hi,

 

there logo trying bring photoshop smart object. i'm copying in illustrator , pasting in ps. however, when do, of color missing.

 

any idea what's going on? checked mode , it's rgb color , 8 bits per channel.

does illustrator object have 3-d effect on it?

i noticed while rgb 3-d created in ai paste photoshop cmyk. when both ps , ai rgb mode. posted issue in ai forum , here , got no response.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
