Thread: Sony PCG Z1 RSP Display driver problem

hi,

have installed xubuntu 11.04 on machine , apart hardware accelerated 2d graphics. looks kind of software driver being used because moving windows around slow re-draw. youtube impossibly slow.

have tried installing fglrx, , proprietary radeon supplied driver ati web site.

display adapter ati radeon mobility m6 ly. don't know start this, if tell me information needed diagnose, grateful. perhaps should post x log file here? it's pretty huge! should attach zipped?
