unable to reinstall PSE9 on new Dell desktop

bought new dell inspiron 660 desktop last august, unfortunately factory preloaded pse 9 didn't work.  went ahead , uninstalled , use software came computer reinstall found out software disc not helping @ all. next try download adobe.com copy of pse9 , use s/n on software disc paper sleeve register, pse9 not available , have settle pse 11 instead, after completing download tried use pse9 s/n  no avail.

could out there please me solve problem.

p.s. did try dell not helping @ all.

the pse9 serial number not work in pse11. serial numbers must relevant version.

ensure follow important instructions on page before click download links otherwise links not work.

 

when launch pse9 trial, enter pse9 serial number license permanently.
