Digital Publishing Folio Error

i'm having problem getting folio builder work in indesign cs6.  i've tried following other forums answers, see instructions cs5 or 5.5. i've tried resetting preferences , updating software far , still error message:

 

you not have compatible digital publishing plug-in.  click here download folio producer tools.

ask in id forum.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
