Error when installing

i receiving error message when trying install edge animate.  "a beta version of product exists on computer.  please quit , uninstall version before continuing; contact support." 

 

i have uninstalled beta version , no versions ov edge animate show in uninstall window of windows 7.  should stay files might preventing install.

did reboot after uninstalling preview? check program files folder edge remants. might want check registry see remnants be. not mess registry if not familiar it.

you'll other pointer edge team.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
