How do I allow Flash Player to communicate with Internet-enabled locations?

ok, i'm trying build website using dreamweaver cs6 , wish place flash object in site (a .swf file).
i go through normal ways it, whether manually placing in, or using insert > media > swf.

 

now main issue expressinstall.swf script chucks out.

 

whenever try preview webpage in browser such firefox or chrome, immediatly decides stop flash under pretense of being unsafe operation trying communicate internet-enabled location (that location being fpdownload.macromedia.com)

 

now, regardless of whether delete ths parameter or not, error message appears, believe flash player error. have newest version. noticed when publish preview flash objects flash format, open in html browser rather flash player program.

 

so know how allow flash player communicate internet-enabled locations?

would mind reposting question on over flash professional forums?  forum end users, pro forums in touch wider developer audience.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
