How do I delete my account, please and thanks! It is conflicting with my college's license.

licensed cloud month month educator, found out college has license.  installed machine, , adobe cancelled subscription.  can't use college's copy because conflicting cloud subscription.  when go account delete it, see option contact customer support, , see no way that.  please help!  have work done , our folks telling me way rid of adobe application manage on computer wipe out , reinstall everything! yikes.

open creative cloud application photoshop cs6 -> go -> de-activate -> confirm de-activation -> close -> restart photoshop cs6 -> sign in wondow pops -> click on "not adobe id" -> sign in new adobe id & password -> restart photoshop cs6 -> license software , go now.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
