How sign with date of a server

i want sign , later if see properties date of sign has date of server ( make sign more "robust" ).

not sure if understood requirement i'm assuming want avoid users changing system time (by changing time in past or in future).

 

if yes, can obtain credentials certificate authority embeds timestamping server , whenever user applies digital signature time of timestamp server used rather users' system time.

 

time stamp server acts digital notary service
