issues with signing into creative.adobe?

i have been through 3 representatives since last saturday........ after hours of trying trouble shoot live chat, brought conclusion adobe having server problems.. purchased cs6 past saturday , cant sign in download it.. there status update or else having problem..i told adobe yesterday globally , been going on.. please inform if have answers

have tried logging in using different browser , checked?

instead of signing on creative.adobe.com, try downloading adobe application manager ( http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=4773 ) , sign in , check.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
