Lightroom watermarks not showing up in Windows explorer.

quick question everybody. imagine there's easy solution it, haven't been able figure out.

 

the company work needs manage , watermark many different types of photos (perfect lightroom.)  problem is, when im uploading photos our website, lightroom watermarks dont show in thumbnail preview of windows explorer. when right click image thumbnail , select "preview" full size image preview pops watermark. guess question is, there way lightroom watermarks show when viewing files in explorer in large thumbnail view? save lot of time , frustration.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
