how access greater number of media types when print photos in cs5?

i use mac osx , epson r2880 printer.

i have proper black ink cartridge installed on printer.

i want print using velevet fine paper, selection grayed out.

this true many other types of media.

i have downloaded , installed proper icc profiles , placed them in /library/colour sync/profiles folder.

photoshop doesn't store media types. list of types comes entirely printer driver. basically, each printer has set of media types (obviously smaller printer won't able print larger paper), printer driver tells computer (including applications on computer, such photoshop) media types capable of handling. printers let create custom types. have check printer manufacturer on how of this.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
