PDF files converted inaccurately to Word

i have year's membership adobe acrobat convert files pdf word , have sent 4 files converted , end result of files strickly messed up  pratically unreadable. can better copy of converted pdf word file. have used different styles of conversions word word xdoc. word rich document , still come out looking terrible. can suggestions on how decent solution dilemma?

i have been having same issues. able reach rep using chat option. gist of conversation purchased wasted money. canceled subscription , supposed receive refund. here chat had rep today.
