Questions about .folio file downloads

we thinking purchasing dps professional subscription. have 2 e-pubs have made clients using single edition. trying figure out take release 1 of epubs use on android , iphone. know need professional subscription $500 month. read .30/.folio file on 250 per month used. im not sure means.

 

 

does mean can create 250 .folio files month? , if more have pay .30 cents?

 

 

or mean every time downloads app after 250 downloads per month costs 30 cents?

 

 

if have pay .30 cents per download single edition? haven't seen that.

lets start easy part, not have pay per download single edition apps.

 

when purchase professional license, given eitehr 250 fulfillments (individual folio downloads) month first year, if choose monthly option, or 5,000 downloads first year, if choose yearly option. note first year, no fulfilments provided free second year or subsiquent years.

 

after that, professional level, have buy fulfillment packages. these start @ package of 10,000 fulfillments $3,000 (so .30 cents download). prices per fulfillment go down size of packages go up.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
