Thread: Mousepad disfunctionality on new Sony Vaio laptop with Ubuntu 11.10

yesterday tried ubuntu alternative oparating systm.fortunately went ok,except small problem have.my mousepad on laptop not working on ubuntu.my original os windows 7 , there don't have kind of problem.so i'm sure bug or that.is there additional driver should download?

model type: sony vaio vpceh2f1e/b

never mind...problem somehow solved...

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
