Thread: USB Drivers for Raid Controller

hey guys, have easy question, need ask. have intel sr2500 chassis server has intergrated raid controller in it. have drives setup, when install process, says there no drives found. gives me list choose from, need megasr driver machine. download redhat drivers intel, , put them on flash drive, still says there no drivers on flash media. first off, flash drive need formatted in ext format instead of fat, , redhat driver work this? has intel embedded server raid technology ii in it. thanks!

btw - trying install 11.10 server on box. thanks!

if drivers redhat, more have .rpm extension, need convert package .deb using alien, in repositories. once have alien installed use following command convert package 1 usable:

alien -d packagename.rpm
once package has been converted .deb use following command install it:

code:
sudo dpkg -i packagename.deb

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
