may weird question post here, hope i'll here

got dell vostro 3500 core i3

came crappy wireless card bcm4313 drivers sloppy.

may regret buying dell, because buy hp machines.

after hours/ days of reading , searching found driver not support data capture in aircrack-ng suit .
i'm wondering if it's possible replace hp laptop wifi card. it's intel 3945abg

work or there problem bios.

i'm not asking show me how , check if it's possible or i'll usb

opened laptop know hardware .

you sure intel 3945abg separate wireless card?

asking because references i've seen mention it's integrated intel chipsets on motherboards. case laptop, boards custom built prevent use of cards.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
