CF10 new installation can't login to administrator from server console

i installed cf10 on windows 2008 r2 server.  last step in installation processs log cf administrator.  when try in browser on server, password not accepted.  works fine if use browser on workstation.  how can browser on server accept password?

can try in different browser instead of ie, if doesn't try below steps.

 

can please go coldfusion 10 installed directory "coldfusion_root\cfsuion\bin\"

 

there batch file name "passwordreset.bat" double click on it, launch command prompt select option 1 , type new password. try again , let me know if doesn't help.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
