CS Exporting to Epub question

i'm using articles panel can have id export items in order. works fine have few items made of more 1 layer.

 

for instance image of bell on pink circle graphic made large bullets. when export epub each of these expected comes separate item. thewre way merge layers have more 1 item come on top of each other?

 

i'm sure there is.

 

last question, have thre same problem text chapter title rectangle box underneath. think merging these cause me not using text in toc chapter title right?

 

any around these situations?

i group objects want together. select group , rasterize object > object export options.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
