Flash player stutter

flash video giving horrendous playback issues involving video stutter. starters, pc 8gb amd crossfire 7690 , 6620, amd a8 quad core processor. in image below running simultaneously 5 videos. again 5 simltaneuos videos. can see resources barely fazed. video drivers have been updated , downgraded test drivers withing last 5 months, no fix, tried every browser, , mean every browser, turned hardware acceleration on/off, tried multiple add-ins plugins , extensions, updated said browsers again testing older versions well, updated flash trying old versions, increased local storage within videos cleared browsing history, cleared flash cache, tried video not using flash or not using internet browser @ (both worked beautifully , @ 1080p resolution through external video source @ that). flustered least maybe have missed something, i'm pretty sure either flash player total crap or must person experiencing either way sucks, please help.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
