how do I get my swatches to load again? I moved Illustrator from org. fold. then put back. now?

moved illustrator app org. fold. put it  back. swatches wont load.

as found out moving illustrator can cause program fail. putting app sshouldhoudl have returned normal. default swatches come new doc profile choose

we need more detail on swatches suggesting, deafults or color books? if did not edit new documetn profiles, when create new document should have swatches. check if have show swatches set.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
