i have not been able purchase service through system service not on sale in indonesia.

what/how shall ?

if establish adobe id based in italy , have credit card billing address in italy, should able subscribe exportpdf service through italian adobe store: http://www.adobe.com/it/products/catalog.html

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
