Thread: Classify CD/DVD photos without copying them to the HDD

hello,

i'd install application can classify photographies i've stored on dvd , cd media, without copying them hdd, creating thumbnails, , adding tags and/or creating categories can put media identifier locate them later.

have installed f-spot , imported cd media without copying pictures hdd, when extract cd , run f-spot again, thumbnails aren't shown, think f-spot may not fit needs.

has used similar???

i'm using ubuntu 11.10, btw.

lot in advance,

i have tried shotwell identical results.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
