Thread: Help me i have a problem and dont know what to do

i put in disk , installed , restarted after got setup , when looking around froze pushed power button , when went turn on screen came , says. please me don't know need do. computer laptop dell vostro 1000 if need know more find out well. used disk , 10.04 lts. not sure if there way take ubuntu out , reinstall it? better nothing......
