asus p7131 hybrid tv card buttons not working so:


recording remote
insert module intend record from.

example:

$ sudo modprobe lirc_mceusb2 <-- how find it???
record remote using irrecord

$ sudo irrecord -d /dev/lirc0 lircd.conf
once have completed configuration, move lircd.conf /etc/lirc/lircd.conf

$ sudo mv lircd.conf /etc/lirc
add modules remote /etc/lirc/hardware.conf under modules

whats command find out name of module remote using?

lsmod

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
