Adobe Application Manager Only Allows Me To Download Selected Programs

hi all,

 

i've downloaded application manager , it's running great. however, on half of programs/apps read "up date" in greyed out text , uninstallable. programs read "install" in blue, clickable text download , run after download. see picture refrence. in advance help!

brandon programs listed date installed on computer.  believe using mac os, if not please respond operating system using, if please go applications folder open programs.  if wish uninstall adobe creative software able access uninstallers in applications/utilities/adobe installers/.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
