Cannot redeem my free 1-year subscription

i puerto rico resident visited adobe max. recieved redemption code 1-year free subscription everytime try activate follwing error:

 

this card purchased in country not match adobe id. can try signing in different adobe id or in touch if need help.

i checked adobe id. reason error there country mis-match. in other words, adobe id redeeming, shows country aruba redemption code have received may na/us customers.

 

so, suggest try redeeming adobe id country us. else, can report person whom have received redemption code 1 year free subscription.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
