Change Adobe ID, won't change

it appears if adobe id has been compromised since personal info wrong.  therefore trying change junk email of mine, can remake new id correct info, won't change email.

 

is possible have manually overridden or somehow forced change, can go through account switchover?

to switch on creative cloud account have contact adobe support.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
