How do I control pop ups after installation

i started company in orange city,fl, have older windows xp on our computers, have had latest versions of adobe installed on computers, after updating latest versions still recieve messages stating need install latest versions. confused.

what version of flash player reported when go page?

 

flash player version

 

were prompted reinstall flash?  if not, url's prompting , repeatable each time visit page?  finally, browser using?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
