Im trying to install photoshop but the application manager says its up to date. What does it mean?

ive bought year subscription creative cloud use photoshop editing. when try down load software says date there no photoshop on computer.

i did use free trial time ago since removed it. how reinstall photoshop?

mac or win? how did remove installed photoshop trial? did use uninstaller, or did drag trash?

the application manager finds signs ps installed on machine. have other adobe creative software installed well?

 

i think might best remove traces of , attempt fresh reinstall. use http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html clean system , reinstal software.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
