Internet Explorer Cannot Display This Webpage

hi,

 

my issue when ever user clicking link or submit form, instead of directing new page, show internet explorer error page 'internet explorer cannot display webpage'. didnt find error message in log in cf admin iis admin. checked simple html page refreshes in every 3 minutes. found page showing same issue. think issue not related coldfusion. still issue persists. have idea this? please advice. in advance.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
