Missing 'Animation Presets' in the Dropdown List

hey everyone,

 

i'm trying fix issue i've been having after effects.

after i've made layer , applied affect onto i'd use animation presets dropdown list apply preset - it's empty.

there several methods on net fix - none have worked.

have saved animation presets use effect? that's menu for.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
