Retaining active web links when distilling a PDF from PageMaker.

os windows 7

i have been using acrobat 4 since, well, forever, , needed produce pdfs customer proofs , printing masters. however, never @ retaining active web links created in original pagemaker publication.

 

now however, need involved in creating survey forms, decided check out acrobat 11 view upgrading.

 

but i've had no time forms acrobat 11 still unable create active hyperlinks remain active after distilling pdf. pretty sure doing right in pagemaker establishing source & destination particular image or text wish use clickable link, missing?

 

and acrobat 11 tool creating attractive , utile customer feedback surveys plan on making available on site?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
