Thread: Fast clock with 10.04 and Transmission BT client

i'm running ubuntu 10.04.3 on eeepc 701sd, , using bittorrent mule. transmission v1.93 (10621)

when not running transmission, clock stays in sync watch, cell phone, main laptop, etc... , continue days @ time.

when transmission running, clock runs fast. approximately 2.5 hours or per day. setting automatic clock update option in administration panel has no effect, manual ntpdate does.

known issue? (didn't find in transmission bug site, did post forums)

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
