Thread: Is it no longer possible to play games in Wine?

i used able play hidden , dangerous , warcraft 2 in wine, they've started mess badly.


when try play warcraft ii, causes computer crash. same thing call of duty 2. call of duty , battlefield 1942 won't install, though of these games said compatible wine. i've tried going previous versions of wine, , still did same thing. help?

think - did before stopped working? (e.g. changing settings, updates, installing programs etc) if think of have messed up?

way track down things if worked , stop so.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
