Thread: Side Menu Popping Up

this may seem minor, bit of pain. running 11.10 new interface. when surfing web or other application has me mouse left side of screen menu bar pops on existing application. in conjunction clicking on object, end clicking on menu bar starts 1 of number of applications, have wait until loads , shut down resume working on application.

there other control can manage pop-up?

i running 11.04 same, go "system settings" , "launcher & menus", select other option of "touch top left hand corner of screen". moving mouse left of screen not problem more.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
