Thread: Ubuntu Places Menu

i've had on other posts none can find match experiencing.

using 11.04, ubuntu classic (not unity)

noticed of shortcuts in places menu have (i think) moved sub-menu called bookmarks. quite liked having shortcuts in top-level folder.

normal behaviour? recent update, perhaps? can move them top-level somehow?

here contents of .gtk-bookmarks; these ones want @ top-level of places. i'm sure there last week.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
