Unable to access purchased book

i download ebooks public library, , have never had problem accessing them on ade. today purchased book b&n, , getting error message when try add ade library: "document licensed different user account." suggestions?

i think b&n use adobe authorization mechanism, own ids.

this may 1 (rare) case ade 2.0 better v1.7.2, believe can cope multiple ids; 1 adobe 1 , separate vendor ids.

 

which ade version running?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
